The "DIRECT" Monitor
It is small in size but not in sound !
Manufactured using a 4" mid woofer together with the Prism Tweeter of France (which works with ferrofluid and Neodimiun Magnet).
The "Prism" is a phase/frequency corrector for reducing 40% distortion in treble and super high frequency range.
The 4" speaker is the same used for the Audiophile Line with double
magnet and curvilinear cone (Both sides 100 % treated with Cerami-oxide).
The double magnet increases dynamic range and sensitivity with improved "life" and contrast at different volumes.
The Bass Reflex Cabinet looks its tube port at back and it has best quality basalt wool inside. (Perhaps, the basalt wool applied is the very best acoustic material due to its special property of absorption all frequencies from very low to the high ones). The X-Over is the 6db /octave phase and impedance compensated (the only really per-fect in dynamics, phase and time response) with perfect impedance (8 ohm ± 1V)
With a good sense of bass in small rooms, we recommend to use a subwoofer in big rooms, or home theaters.
The difraction control of echoes and reflections in the front of the
"Direct", corrects the problems of acoustics that plague all loud-speakers. The special and strange shape of the antidifraction foam string in the front was designed after extensive listening to special music programs
